The System

The system works in a way of recruitment. Workers recruit helpers and helpers only, and helpers recruit workers and workers only. Being recruited is followed by being inducted by a member of the opposite team, signing this agreement, and giving us some personal information. In this organization, there are more new recruits than older ones. There is one person on the top, and it just keeps growing until we reach the bottom of the newest recruits, which is currently you! We like to call this, the angled half square diagram, for fear of confusion with a triangle or a pyramid because as you now see, it is very different.
